Exciting changes are underway at Mayo Clinic’s Rochester campus, including updates to the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center. While construction may impact parking and arrival routes, Rejuvenate Spa remains fully open and committed to providing exceptional service.

For added convenience, a guest and patient drop-off area is now available inside the West Parking Ramp—which is also the designated parking location for Rejuvenate Spa visitors!

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, and to ensure the highest quality of care, we require that any individual needing mobility support (such as transfers), personal assistance (such as dressing/undressing), communication assistance, or continuous supervision be accompanied by a designated companion or caregiver.

If this essential support is not available at the time of the appointment, we may need to reschedule to guarantee the guest’s well-being and a smooth experience.

Rejuvenate Reservations

We encourage you to make a reservation by calling 507-293-2966 during our hours of operation.

Our call center is open:

  Online booking is available for many services. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We kindly ask that a responsible person accompany any guest who requires help with transfers, disrobing, communicating or needs supervision for any reason. If a responsible person does not accompany the guest and support in one of the areas is required, appointments may be rescheduled.

Arrival Time

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit, Rejuvenate Spa has implemented a check-in time for all appointments. The time presented at scheduling is your check-in time which will allow you space to arrive, change, and relax before you enjoy the full experience of your service. In order to provide the highest level of personalized treatments, spa services include consultation time with your spa therapist. This consultation is part of the service time and allows the therapist to discuss important details and preferences as well as customize products as appropriate. Arriving late will result in a shorter treatment time.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows

If you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling your service to another service, spa provider, time or day. Multiple late arrivals or no shows may impact your ability to schedule spa services in the future.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.

Attire

Robes, slippers, towels, lockers, hair dryers, and other amenities are provided for the convenience of all Rejuvenate guests receiving treatments. You may change in our comfortable dressing room area and utilize one of our many individual showers. We encourage guests not to wear or bring jewelry or other valuables, since we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you would like to enjoy our steam room and whirlpool, please bring your bathing suit.

We have heard your feedback and are now offering a greener approach to slippers in the spa! Rejuvenate Spa is now offering a selection of sustainable spa slippers to our guests. You are welcome to bring your own footwear to ensure best fit and personal comfort.

Cancellations

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we request at least 24 hours' notice prior to your reservation.

Children at Rejuvenate

To provide a relaxing and quiet environment for all of our guests, children under the age of 18 are not permitted at Rejuvenate Spa.

Cells Phones

To preserve the tranquility of the environment, cell phones are to be turned off in all areas of the Rejuvenate spa.
